Schedule 2
The Programmes
All Programmes include accommodation with an English “Host Family”. The Host Family provides breakfast and evening meals as well as weekend meals. The Host Family provides accommodation and wherever feasible treats Students as additional members of their Family.
Shadowing Programmes
- Student will attend a local school and take part in classes appropriate to their age. Whilst Student attends a Partner School we will arrange:
- Student attending Junior and Teeny Shadowing has a school buddy to help them through the school day. A “Buddy” is a pupil at the school of a similar age to the one of Student.
- Student attending Ultimate Shadowing has a few school buddies to follow and more than one school timetables to join.
- Teacher at the school oversees the activities and lessons that Student undertakes during the school day and during the entire Shadowing Programme.
Internship Programmes
- The Company will arrange for the Student/s a work experience in an English-speaking work environment.
- In both weeks we arrange for the Student/s to have a professional advisor to teach them the skills needed to carry out their project and put the finishing touches to their projects.
- The Company may also allocate a supervisor who helps the Student/s and accompanies them while they carry out their practical projects.
Activities for all Programmes
- The Company organises the logistic of the travel for Student during the Language Programme with respect to attendance at Programme Events. Student will be solely responsible to pay any fee related to such a travel.
- Day Trip
- Company organises and pays leisure activities for two afternoons per week for students.
- The Company organises one Evening Outing each week during all the Programmes.
- The Company organises an “End of Programme Party” for Students, Staff and Host Families.
- Company provides 3 T-shirts with the name of the Student printed front and back which is a requirement for the Student to wear at school or work.
Schedule 3
Company is not required to:
- Aid with telecommunications equipment. Students must organise their own access to the internet or to international telephone calls to enable ease of contact between the Company, the Student, and the Host Family. Student/s must have WhatsApp installed on their mobile phones with a working international voice-data plan under Clause 13.
- Pay any travelling costs or other related costs or expenses for Student to reach the Host Family’s home.
- Provide lunch for Student/s on weekdays. The Host Family is not required to do so either. Students are advised to attend the school canteen or go with their peers for lunch.
- Guarantee that Student is allocated to the same Host Family or school as may have been available in previous years.
- Guarantee that a Child be placed in the same Host Family as their friends or other students.
- Guarantee that a Child is placed in a Host Family alone.
Schedule 4
Programme Timetables
- Timetables are decided by the Company with close attention to the needs and availability of the Host Family. A broad schedule will be provided before Students’ arrival in the UK.
- Programmes may be subject to change at short notice.
- The Company will endeavour to share information about day-to-day changes and activity timetables with the school Partner supervisors, Host Family and Student at least 24 hours in advance of that change. If Company is unable to give 24 hours’ notice it will notify the change as promptly as possible by e-mail, phone call or SMS or WhatsApp text message.
- Students older than 12 years may with permission travel locally independently and may be required to cover short distances on foot or by bus or train if needed. Before undertaking any such independent journey, Students are required to notify Company and /or the Host Family of where they are going and who they are going with and who will be supervising them on their arrival.

Schedule 6
School and Intern Dress Code
- All Student/s must all wear the T-shirt.
- Junior and Teeny Shadowing Students must wear black, grey, white, or blue shoes at school.
- Junior and Teeny Shadowing Students must not wear leggings, sandals, hoodies, or colourful trainers at school.
- Junior and Teeny Shadowing Students can wear cardigans or sweaters over the T-Shirt. Cardigans or sweaters cannot carry brand names, logos or writing cardigans or sweaters should be in plain neutral colours for example, white, grey, black, dark blue, or beige.
- Junior and Teeny Shadowing Students need to wear trousers and skirts in plain neutral colours for example, white, grey, black, dark blue, or beige.
- Interns must wear appropriate clothing and the T-shirt.
Schedule 7
Discounts
- Early bird discount (1) = £100 if Child enrolment happens before the 17th December 2023.
- Early bird discount (2) = £50 if Child enrolment happens before the 5th February 2024.
- Family Discount = £70£ if Client enrols more than one Child (discount applied on the second and third Child enrolled).
- Bring a Friend Discount = £50 for every referred friend the Client brings to enrol.
All discounts will be applied on the last instalment of the Fee (or first where paid in one go).
Schedule 8
Disciplinary Policy
Client and Student agree to comply with the disciplinary policy.
Procedure
- First instance of misbehaviour – Student will receive a verbal warning.
- Second instance of misbehaviour – Student will receive a written warning. This warning will refer to the previous verbal warning. If a written warning is issued the Client will be informed in a reasonable time.
- Third instance of misbehaviour – Student will be expelled from the Programme and will be required to return home at the Client’s own cost.
- In the event of Gross Misbehaviour, no warnings are required to be issued and expulsion may be immediate.
- Gross Misbehaviour includes but is not limited to:
- behaviours likely to cause significant distress, damage, or danger to others;
- misbehaviour that gravely affects the Company or its staff, the Host Family, or the Partner School or any other participants;
- behaviour that is contrary to applicable local laws including but not limited to under-age purchase or consumption of alcohol, possession of illegal substances, damage to property, threatening or violent behaviour;
- behaviour that includes any bullying, any other similar behaviour, and breach of the Partner School regulations, or behaviour based on intolerance or hate of others based on race, gender identity or sexuality identity; and
- behaviour that shows serious disregard to the Host Family.
Schedule 9
Travelling
- Student/s must hold all the relevant documentation required for travelling and staying in the United Kingdom, as indicated by the Company, and required by the relevant authorities, including a passport valid for at least 1 month from the Departure Date and valid insurance documents. Client must have valid Passport upon enrolment.
- Student/s travelling shall meet the Company’ staff on the Departure Date at the Departure Airport at least two (2) hours before the departure time, as indicated by the Company.
- Student/s on their return shall be collected by the Client at the Departure Airport at the date and time indicated by the Company.
- Student/s shall travel with luggage that is compliant with the requirements of the selected airline. Any costs arising from non-compliance with the airline’s policy such as excess baggage costs shall be borne by the Client.
- Student/s must keep their travel documents in a pouch around their neck or in a travel belt around their waist during the journey to and from the UK.
- If a Student loses their passport, the Company shall aid the obtaining of replacement documents at the Italian Consulate. The costs of the procedure and for the assistance offered by the Company shall be borne by the Client and shall be paid in advance to the Company.
Schedule 10
School, Work, and Internship
- Student/s must attend the hosting school/internship commitments every weekday during their Programme.
- Student/s must follow all behavioural requirements set forth by the School, the Company, and the Law.
- Student/s must comply with School/work rules. Failing to do so will cause immediate expulsion of the Student from the Programme.
- Student/s enrolled in any Shadowing Programme must attend every day of school unless a Reasonable Exemption applies. Furthermore, Student/s shall be punctual and in their classroom at the beginning of each lecture.
- Student/s enrolled in any Internship Programme must attend and be punctual at work, not unreasonably extending the allowed work breaks.
- Student/s must comply with the school dress code policy under Schedule 7.
- Student/s must raise any query or concern to their Buddy or to the supervising teacher. All such issues should be reported to the Company supervisor at the end of the school day, whether the issue has been resolved or not.
- Students must attend their intern commitments unless they have any Reasonable Exemption. No more than two (2) days in a row are accepted.
- In the event of a serious illness the Company will liaise with the Client to decide the best course of action, including repatriation if appropriate.
Family Host
- Student/s will use best endeavours to immerse themselves in family life and shall be at all times polite and well-mannered.
- Students from the age of 11 to the age of 15 must not go out by themselves after 8.30 pm without the presence of the Company staff or a member of the Host Family.
- Student/s shall follow Host Family rules (e.g., breakfast time, bedtimes etc)
- Student’s will comply with Host Family meals and mealtimes (e.g., eating English food).
- Student shall follow the curfew times:
- 8.30 pm the latest for 12 – 14-year-old.
- 10.30 pm maximum for 15 – 18-year-old.
- Student/s shall balance evenings out with time with the Host Family and will always ask permission from the Host Family or the Company staff for evenings out.
- Not engaging in the family life of a Host Family shall be grounds for Company to rightfully refuse to enrol the Child in the Programmes of the following years.
